Just feeling a bit sorry for myself today, should be on my 'good days' this week and instead am full of cold - boo! Had got rid of the jitters over the weekend which was immediately replaced by toilet troubles, they finally subsided yesterday afternoon only for this bliskin cold to start, what a mare! Had my 6th cycle of chemo on Tuesday and have just about gotten over the sickness but am now feeling completely hyper! Saw my consultant again on Friday, turns out my neutrophil count is low again, was 0.8 and needs to be 1.0 or over before I have my next lot of chemo. Just got back from my consultant appointment, have been told that there is still a large mass in my chest but that it has reduced in size and is responding as they expected.
