Hi everybody. I've not been on for a while.Finished Radio and got pet scan. Was waiting to see consultant and my stomache exploded.(perritinitus or something) That was about 3 weeks ago and I've been in hospital since. Been told nothing else they can do(now terminal) and trying to get things organised about getting home for a while.I have an ilioscamy bag on my small intestine and a drainage bag on large intestine…

Finished CT,MRI. and Pet Scans. I've been referred to the Beatson at Gartnavel from Hairmyres. My new Consultant's name is Michael Duff and when I inquired as t why this was taking place I was told it was bacause he has more experience in these more Complex surgery procrdures. I can tell you I wasn't overboard with excitement when I heard that.Still just another slight hiccup I'll need to deal with.

    That…

    Hi!

Where does time go? Thats my radio and chemo finished,so back on the waiting game. Been told about 4-6 weeks then MRI and PET scan. Never had a pet scan but I'm sure it won't be that bad. If tumour has shrunk enough I should get surgery about 4 weeks later. Hoping it works second time around. This time it will be time to kiss my bum goodbye and get a permanent Stoma (NO REVERSAL). So hoping radio has done it's job…
