    Hi, has anyone had this treatment, apparently the E - Epi is red so maybe I can imagine it red wine!!!!! Had my appointment with the Oncologist today, I somehow expected more empathy from a female but maybe the bedside manner is a defence mechanism. Mind you when she started referring to me as "she" and spoke as though I wasn't there, I wanted to shout "I'm here" but for some reason didn't so I sat and fumed instead.…

    OK bit of a whinge coming. Why is that 4 weeks after surgery when everything was going well and I had acheived good arm movement/recovery, and feeling positive about returning to work on Mon, albeit possibly briefly - am I suddenly experiencing a tightness in my chest wall and ribcage. Its been so uncomfortable today that I haven't wanted to do anything but slob in front of the TV and I have demolished 2 bacon butties…

    Sounds like Mumbo No 5 if I say it fast - de de dee de de dede! Anyone else had this problem, well not a problem just an inconvenience especially with parking fees at hospitals and having to go weekly to get it drained. My breast care nurse says that its nothing I'm doing. Its faintly disconcerting sloshing around, but I'm obviously just a sloshy person!! .

    Hi, underwent full mastectomy 4 weeks ago without reconstruction. Have been doing my exercises religiously since and my arm is improving but I seem to have hit a wall with my progress - make a poor ballerina!!. I have my appointment with the Med Oncologist on 3 Nov and am feeling a litle apprehensive about the next 7-9 months of chemo and then radiotherapy.
