Hi there
I had a call from my surgeon last Thursday, following a uterine hysterectomy and I've been diagnosed with low grade ESS, stage 1. Next steps will be a CT scan, then they're going back in for the ovaries and cervix to provide full diagnostics. I'm aware this is a rare cancer and I wondered if there's anyone here who can share their experience.
Also HRT has saved me - my mental and physical health. I'm already weaning myself off it and will need alternatives to help. Any suggestions will be gratefully received ️
For anyone who doesn’t know (I had to look it up!) that’s Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma
Hi KaSmi and welcome to the group.
You may not find much in the group relating to your diagnosis that will be recent, but might find these links useful for more information
If you like to put up a post in the Soft Tissues Sarcomas group, you might widen your audience and get more replies. I had a different cancer, so unfortunately can’t help with this myself.
Sarah xx
