awaiting hysteroscopy due to postmenopausal 14MM thick womb

Yes I had womb cancer. As Jane said ask about a cancellation list. That’s what I did and I got one 3 weeks earlier. The waiting is horrific that was the worst point, 

it is just a waiting game each stage but you have to go with it as they have things to do each stage and they won’t be rushed as they need to ensure you get the correct treatment 

Thanks for your comments, I will try and keep busy and try and calm down and get some sleep. I am trying so hard to get through this and know when the biopsy is done i will get some answers. fingers crossed.x

I have been on the cancellation list for last 6 weeks and still no phone call!!

thank you for your comments. i am sure i sent them to wrong person!!. i have been on cancellation list from when i asked for general and still no phone call, i doubt now i will get one as its 17th march. I will try and keep busy although always on my mind and at night i am worse, no sleep. anxious and hate the dark and quiet now. xx thank you for taking time to answer me. you take care . sending wishes. You can have pain relief for hysteroscopy by way of local anaesthetic and gas and air, but some ladies have GA. I hope you get your appointment soon...

Hi lolabear, My hysteroscopy is booked under General for 17th March so another couple of weeks. Ive waited 7 weeks in total. total nightmare. on cancellation list but doubt if i will get one now. xx
