Ive been using the needle meds for almost 3wks now but find my poo is going darker almost black. Im bleeding internally. Ive pain in my hips, back and middle of stomach is this normal. Im thinking reducing the dose to one a day. Had anyone had the same symptoms?

This does not sound normal.
I would not recommend reducing any blood thinners without your doctor knowing.
I would suggest that you contact your hospital- there should be a number on your discharge paperwork. I would do this today. Hopefully they will be able to give you some reassurance but this definitely sounds like something they should be made aware of.
You could also give the Support Line a call and talk it through with one of the nurses.
