how do you cope with your anxiety my been paying up most of the day
Hi Doreen
Is your anxiety connected to your previous cancer?
Or is it more general anxiety?
If it is connected to your cancer what is it that is making you feel anxious? Is it the worry of recurrence or something else?
Jane
I think most of us get anxious around check up time. Its natural but its good to have the checks and hopefully will be all clear.
I tried to think of the checks as a positive thing as they are keeping us safe and if the worst happens and there are signs of recurrence then they are catching it at the earliest stage and then it is more likely to be treatable.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
