done anyone else feel feed up

i don't know why my coulling as finished 

Did you try the HOPE course?

not uet my redning not very good 

When I did it there were a fair amount of video clips to watch which might help- so for part of it- it is just watching and listening

Hi Doreen, there are adult literacy classes that can help with reading skills. No matter what your age, something like this might help you and be enjoyable. My husband has dyslexia and did this late in life. He can now read very well. I hope you are feeling better. Eveyone gets down at times. Sending good wishes...

i see what I can do im qite bisuy in the week but thanks for letting me know and they probably not cheep 

You can sometimes get help with a grant or help with payment for these courses, if you have a low income for example. Good luck with that.
