Some people need a bit more support than others.

Did you have a look at the HOPE course info that I sent you a while ago? It might be really helpful to do alongside any counselling. I found it really helpful, as have others on here.

no not yet i will do that on Friday im not sure if they can give me more counselling 

I have found a really useful book, called The Cancer Survivors Companion Practical ways to cope with your feelings after cancer, which I’m currently working through. Just thought it may be another thing to help? 

it doesn't hurt to ask and if that particular counselling stops there will be other things available. 

That's why I suggested the HOPE course alongside other things. It has exercises etc that you can do and then repeat as much as needed. Also practical things. Little video clips and meditations. Helped me to think about things from another perspective. Also how to deal with things that we can't control etc
