Did you sleep better? My sleeping has been up & down.

not really my wach said i slightly 6.hours i work up at 7.30 and after i went back to sleep thr alm woke me up and my wach said i sleep 7 hours i see how I sleep tonight if not im calling the doctor s 

Good luck, lack of sleep can be so debilitating. Luckily my oncologist is happy to give me sleeping tablets for the 7 nights after each chemo infusion. GPS are very very vary of giving sleeping tablets.

i take sleeping tablets iv been having bubble bath for sleep if I don't sleep well tonight im calling the doctor s 

If I had 7 hours sleep it would be a miracle! 6 hours is about my norm, waking up probably twice in that time.

Ditto. I would be elated to get 7 hours sleep. Some nights I'm downstairs by 2.30 having a cuppa
