im not sure how I'm feeling im a bit fed up with it
Hi Doreen
I am sorry to hear you are feeling fed up. Are you speaking to your Macmillan buddy about how you are feeling? I found at certain times during my cancer and recovery I would feel fed up and I found the best thing was to go out and have a wander in the fresh air. If I sat at home and didn't do much, I would feel worse. Don't know what the weather is like near you, but I am in the South and its a beautiful sunny day here.
In the meantime I wonder if it is worth updating your profile so the people on here have some more information about your cancer history and then they will be able to offer more specific support.
If you click on my name, my profile will come up and may give you an idea. It is entirely up to you what you put on yours but it may help.
To do this click on your profile and on the right hand side at the top there is an option to edit your profile. If you click on it then you can put in what you want to.
Also do remember that the Support Line is there if you feel like talking to someone would help.
Jane
