good evening
I had my hysterectomy on the 14th of Feb -initailly I was taking the sachets to help go to toilet..I stopped these on the 22nd of Feb as I was getting a bit loose. I have been recovering well and started to go out a little in the last week a few hours at shops accompanied and an afternoon lunch yesterday. Woke up this morning fine.. since around 5 oclock I have had severe diarrhoea… I have been the loo close to 20 times and I have not eaten anything. Since 2pm.. should I be worried? I have my follow up call tomorrow afternoon I can mention it on this call.. or should I do something sooner?
thanks all
Maria
Hi, if you’re worried tonight suggest you call 111, but it may just be that you've eaten something that disagreed with you.
Hi Maria
I would suggest calling GP for advice. It could well be a bug but as you have recently had surgery its best to get advice. You can then let them know when you have your follow up call later this pm.
I hope it settles soon.
Jane
Update - all cleared up in 24 hours - swiped me out but was all good.. I must have picked a bug up x
