I am one year past stage 3C1 serous endometrial cancer. I have had some pain and vaginal discharge.  I did have an internal exam I  August and she saw nothing concerning .

About a month ago I started having a lot of issues with my groim area. A bit of pain but annoying because I have lost a lot of flexibility in my legs.
I realize stuff like this comes as you get older , but this happened overnight.  One day I had full range of movement and the next day not at all.
Is it common for e c to spread to the groin area ?

I would recommend that you call your CNS today and ask to be booked in to get checked out. I would expect them to offer an appointment for another examination and perhaps a scan.

This is a new symptom, close to the area where you had the original cancer.

I am not sure whether any recurrence could be muscular but there are other structures there that may affect the muscles eg; lymph nodes, bones, ligaments etc.

Even if you are due another check up soon, I still think you need to contact them now.

I hope that you can get some reassurance soon.

    Jane
