Went for 3 months check up yesterday thought I had a urine infection found blood in my urine should I worry if it’s a sign that cancer coming back any advice will be helpful

As long as the person who saw you yesterday for the check up knows- then I would not worry too much at the moment. Yes, any bleeding (from anywhere) can be a sign to be concerned about and would likely prompt further investigation/monitoring- it could well be a simple UTI.
Did they take a sample to send off or offer antibiotics? Did they express any concern during your check up?
Perhaps give your CNS a call or email and ask for some reassurance. If a sample has gone off , it is likely to come back in a couple of days and should confirm if an infection is present. My GP is normally sent an update after each check and it is done electronically so it may well be that your GP will get any reports before you. Mine tend to come in the post about a week later.
Give them a call or email. I did so myself after my last check- just for clarification and they were fine.
