Im gradually building up my walking daily and coming up to week 3
been to Tesco with hubby for small shop and trolley as support
I am walking 5 mins and 5 back from my home so a 10 mins but back it's uphill feel a bit breathless so think I'm walking too quickly !
I'm adding 5 mins in week 3
Wondered if that's about right for week 3 in 4 days

Sounds good to me. You are doing really well.
I found short walks best. Sometimes a short one in the am and a short one in the pm. Sometimes I would go somewhere and sit down for a bit and come home. Maybe you have somewhere you can go locally for a cuppa etc.
Its about doing what is comfortable and building up slowly. Any discomfort then stop. Slow down when going uphill if it is making you feel out of puff. If you are feeling breathless generally though- that would warrant a call to your CNS.
