Gurgling rumbling twinges in lower tummy

Give you CNS a call and mention it. They will be able to give you some reassurance. 

It's not something that I experienced but could indeed be things settling after the surgery.

I'll call my nurse Monday as still getting these loud lower tummy noises 

I don't think from my hysterectomy but maybe just intestines as I suffer from gallstones and Gerd too 

could be intestines settling but the sounds are loud and not painful but I feel full of wind

I am just home from hospital after a hysterectomy. The surgeon told me it’s normal to feel full of wind after as they pump you up to get your other organs out of the way during surgery 

Mine is 2 weeks now  but maybe all settling

It took around 6 weeks for me, to feel that my bowels had settled. I had a lot of pain too. My CNS and GP just kept reassuring me it was all normal. I feel absolutely fine now so am sure you will too. Try not to worry. 

Plus I have Gerd / take tabs and  gallstones so maybe all connected
