Hi Asp21
I’m not sure what symptoms you have which have led you to a possible conclusion of womb cancer, but what you have described in your post are symptoms of a fistula, of which there are different types. These will not heal on their own and need to be treated.
Is your doctor aware of what’s going on? If not, then I’d suggest you make an urgent appointment to be seen and referred. Fistulas impact hugely on your quality of life, and it’s important that action is taken when they occur. I’m not surprised you are in pain, so please do get an appointment for further investigation.

Until I can be examined under anaesthetic I will not be able to do anything. I can feel symptoms of it spreading to the bowel , brain and breasts. But once again tests are negative. I have high blood calcium levels which they say is due to Parathyroid disorder but I know it's not.
What explanation have you been given for the fecal leakage? Who ordered the mri? And do you have a consultant such a gynaecologist who is overseeing your case? It’s not clear from your posts who you saw initially and who ordered any tests. Sorry for all the questions-just trying to see what has happened to date and how best to advise you.

I would go back to the gynaecologist-if you’ve been told the mri results are normal but yet you are having faeces through your vagina, then this needs to be investigated further. What explanation has the gynaecologist given for the fistula symptoms?
You say you have had normal test results, and you mentioned bowel, brain and breasts. Do you mean tests relating to these areas? You also mention osteoporosis, leukaemia and melanoma symptoms, so there’s clearly a great deal going on for you. Are any doctors aware of all these other symptoms you are experiencing?
Is there a reason you are not accepting the parathyroid diagnosis?
