I was treated for cancer of the womb by having a full hysterectomy, in 2021 luckily I caught it early and needed no other treatments.
Im going to Spain in a few weeks time, this will be the first time abroad in 4 years. I do love the sun and obviously I want to protect myself as well as enjoy my holiday. I'm am on my own, and im worried about getting suncream coverage on my back, as I love walking on the beach. Has anyone got any ideas/suggestions for me please.
Hi Ladnad.
Congrats on no further treatment needed and on booking a holiday. Souns like a lovely way to celebrate.
I'd suggest the sponge on solid arm - the ones for washing your back, available from most high street pharmacies. This should get suncream to the places harder to reach.
Have a lovely trip
Morning Ladnad a holiday sounds amazing i hope you have a fabulous time, as CrumpetsOrToast and other have mentioned some great ideas. I use the sponge on the long pole too for showering as well a sun cream application it looks really strange but actually works pretty well.
