Hello
Has anybody noticed that the details they had taken the time to include on their profile have been deleted following the recent upgrade?
MrsBJH Perhaps you could kindly raise this and see what has happened to our deleted profile information?
Thank you
Hi Sarah16 I hope you don't mind me replying here, I am a community champ from the lung group.
In case Barb hasn't seen this post yet, can I suggest you email community@macmillan.org.uk to discuss this problem that has happened to your profile. I don't know why this would of happened, but the admin team will be able to have a look at this for you.
Best wishes
Thanks chellesimo
I have been having annoying login issues for weeks, which are intermittent but i have mentioned about profile information disappearing which can be really frustrating but hopefully the issues can all be resolved.

I have just been to look at my profile details to make sure they are there still there! I wouldn't know where to start if I had to re write it all. Hopefully your log in issues will be sorted for you soon. xx
That's weird, I flagged your post to the team to look into yet I can't see my post here ??!!

Barb just to let you know that my post on Trials I accidentally put heart and half moon emojis but it won't allow me to remove, the remove symbol comes up but when pressed the emojis disappear but then when you enter the post it's still there. On top of this then I flagged it to the moderator! Sorry xx
Hi Mad. Hopefully by flagging to the Moderators, they'll look into the probems. There's been a few glitches since the updates that they're still working on.
Hugs, Barb x
