  • Hi I'm so sorry to read things aren't going too well and you're back in hospital. I always feel guilty as my own journey was relatively easy with little problems other than discomfort and trapped wind for a few days.

I hope you can manage to keep some food down and gradually build up your strength. I wasn't allowed visitors as A) in the middle of lockdown and B) Hospital too far away. Having said that I always think the last thing you want when you're feeling like c**p the last thing you want is to make small talk. Perhaps it's just my hubby, he has this amazing knack of winding me up!

    Hope you're back home soon,

    Sending gentle hugs, Barb xx

  • Hi Popsymum,

Sorry to hear this. I was back to hospital 2 days after being let out. I had some funny bladder issues, and scared myself to death. I was just checked and let out again, and gradually got right. But if you have problems you are better being in there than worrying at home.xxxx

  • Hello popsysmum,

Sorry to hear you are back in hospital but you are in the best place. I'm sure your husband understands that you are not feeling the best but is just happy to be able to visit you. I think being in a ward rather than a side room helped me as it gave me someone to talk to and helped take my mind off things. I hope you feel much better very soon. Sending you a  big hug.

    Sylvia  xx

  • Hi Popsymum

So sorry that you are back in hospital. I hope that they sort you out and you settle and come home soon love Em xxx

  • Sending you lots of positive hugs and love for a speedy return home and on the road to recovery. Love Emm xx

  • Sorry to hear you ended up back in hospital , but i am glad by the sounds of things that they seem to be getting whatever was causing the sickness under some control and I hope the bleeding eases off very quickly. I am sure your husband will understand that the drugs are not going to make you great company I know after a number of different hospital admissions after my surgery and over the last few years with usually related to each other in one way or another I know the drugs made me feel great but not great at company. Rest is important for you and hopefully they sort out the problem your having really quickly so you can go home.

    sending gentle bear hugs Bear
