Please can I ask for your prayers for my beautiful sister Little Lamb, she has asked that I update you all, her friends, that she is currently in intensive care in hospital. She has fought this horrible disease for so long and so bravely and courageously but it seems that it still has the upper hand. Doctors have informed us that unfortunately there is nothing further that can be done and she is days away from being reunited with our mum who passed at the end of January this year.
She has asked that I pass her love onto you all and that I thank you all for the advise and friendship you have shown her over the years. She will leave a massive hole in my life but i know she will still be with me when the time comes. I will update you all further when the time comes, hope this makes sense but typing through tears.
God bless you all
Anita xx
Hi Anita, I'm so very sorry to read your post. Lamb has been a mainstay in my journey, frequently making me laugh out loud. Her strength and positivity drove many of us on through the worst days and made us realise, compared to her we were having an easy ride.
Send her my cotton wool hugs, Barb xx

Hi Barb, thank you, I'll certainly pass on your hugs to Amanda. I think her strength and courage has kept me going through nursing our mum through her Glioblastoma but I never expected the news 2 months after mum's diagnosis that her cancer had returned with a vengeance and I'd be loosing my beautiful sister so soon, we'd always planned to be the naughty sisters in the care home together.
I've always followed everyone on the site and will continue to do so as I've somehow got strength and so much admiration for the way you all are tackling and helping each other through your journeys and I'm so grateful for the help you have shown Amanda.
Much love Anita x
I'm so very sorry to hear this. Your sister has been such an inspiration to us in both the support she gave us all, even when her own health was deteriorating, and in her humour when dealing with the challenges life has thrown at her.. Please let her know how much I, and all the ladies in the group ,appreciate the kindness and support she has given us over the years. Thinking of you both.xxx
Thank you Jagger 46 and Viv, it means so much to me that she's so appreciated on this site and I know you've all helped each other along your journeys. I'll be honoured to pass on all your love and best wishes
Lots of love
