One bleed nearly 7 years after surgery

Hello all.  Haven't been on the forum for some years.  Had removal of everything in December 2014 with stage 3A endometrial cancer and then had 5 weeks of adjuvant radiotherapy.   All had been well apart from the long term side effects of the radiotherapy (usual bowel problems).  Just today noticed I have had a small vaginal bleed - dark colour.  Has anyone got any clue as to whether I should be worried about this please?.  Many thanks from  Pambly
