Hello 

A year ago tomorrow I had my hysterectomy for womb cancer.and after a year of a few problems in the early months mainly due to a bowel problem ( not the hysterectomy) 

i am here remembering how very frightening it all seemed and I am a very nervous person so everything really did seem scary .Also because a was a very large lady with a hernia things seemed very worrying .But I had my operation and everything went well I had Robotic surgery.

I was in hospital for 3 weeks because of problems with my hernia .i have had a good weight loss which I needed to do .i am now back at my job full time and everything is looking good 

But I would just like to say that a year on I will always be grateful to the ladies on here that talked to me and keep me going as I really was a reck .

thing we’re not as bad as I imagined and I was lucky mine was caught very early .i think because I’d lost my husband also things seemed so much worse .but to everyone that is newly diagnosed please be assured that the doctors and nurses are amazing and everyone on here .
