Hello everybody,
Sorry I have not been on here for ages but hope you are all doing as well as is possible under these circumstances.
I was doing well until this lockdown started & had coped pretty well for a couple of months, but gradually started getting more & more fed up ( like so many people have) the last six weeks or so.
Did not help that I hurt my back after cleaning the kitchen floor & it has gone on for weeks, maybe Sciatica ?? not sure but it's starting to improve now. Made me feel very low & I lacked the motivation to get on with stuff indoors, so housework has built up & I am so behind with EVERTHING !!!!.
I have given myself a good talking to today & tomorrow come what may I am getting back into my normal routine, it will take time to catch up on everything I know but a start is a start & there is always a new to begin. Will keep you all posted as to my progress, I know this has been so hard for all of us & I wish you all the best.
Speak soon
Love & Hugs xx
