Hello ladies, I have not been on here for a few months but I just want you to know that I think of you all often, you are all such a special group of caring people and to be honest even now I feel like I can talk to you more than most every day people in my life, i will always be grateful to all those who helped me at a time when no one else could, I never did get my genetic test results, even after numerous calls etc, but I have decided to just leave it now because it’s all a constant reminder etc and to be honest I want to just live my life and deal with things if and when instead of looking for things, if that makes sense, I have also come off all the cancer groups on Facebook, this has helped immensely, I can not give up and do not want to give up this group though, so I hope you don’t mind being stuck with me lol, big hugs and love to all my friends on here and a warm welcome to all the newbies, you will be safe and looked after on here just as I was1 year 3 months ago, and even though everything is scary now, you will get through and come out stronger, just like I did and many others, lots of love to you all xxxxx
Lol as you can see by my discussion title, I still do not check what I have written before sending texts ha ha , this is a bad habit of mine xx
Hello Lara lou xx,
Its so lovely to hear from you and to know that you're making such good progress. You've come a long way since we first met and I'm really proud of you for all your efforts at getting your fears and anxieties under control. Sometimes we have to move on from certain groups and make adjustments in order to embrace all that life has to offer, and that's what you're learning to do,, learning to live your life in new and exciting ways. You're a star
You are always welcome here, Lara lo. Just as you have fond thoughts of us, so we too think fondly of you. Your story is an encouragement to many and it's always good to hear positive stories in a world that often dwells on the negative.
Lots of love and blessings and a gentle hug xx
Hi Lara Lou, it's great to hear from you. You were my buddy as we had our diagnoses and ops around the same time last year, you just a little ahead of me and you were so kind and a great source of strength to me in spite of your own fears. I'm the same as you in that I have withdrawn a bit from womb cancer related things, partly due to my daughter now being treated for breast cancer, but also because time moves on and we have to go forward. But like you I value my friends in this group. I drop in regularly to read the posts, but every day or so rather than the several times a day I used to. Occasionally I post a reply if I feel I have something relevant to say. Hope you. Continue to do well and stay strong xxxx

Hi Lara Lou, it's good to hear from you and I'm so pleased you are getting there. We are so alike and I'm just finding my way as the clock count down has had to start again for me. The ladies here have been there for me and I'm getting more confident offering support to others. I was very worried that I might say something and upset our ladies, you (and all the contributors) always give caring support. Take care xx Dawn
Its good to hear from you Lara lou xx, its great that things are settling down for you. What you say is of course of a great comfort to all the ladies just joining us here.
