I am sorry to hear that you are feeling very fatigued and have no energy. 

As you only completed your chemo 3 weeks ago I wonder if this is the most likely cause. I know for me the fatigue built up with each cycle and took a few months to improve. I know radiotherapy can also cause fatigue but from my understanding it is more typical with external beam radiotherapy - although if you are having some bowel effects- this could also be a factor.  It is good that you have mentioned it to your brachytherapy nurse. 

It may be an idea to contact your CNS and perhaps have some routine bloods taken to rule out anything obvious. I mention this because during my own radiotherapy it was picked up that I had low haemoglobin and some other bits left over from the chemo and needed a blood transfusion to  set things right. Within a couple of days I felt a lot better.

if you only finished the last one 3 weeks ago, you’re only at the end of that cycle. With the blood tests I had each time just before the chemo, I could see impact each one was having. I knew my red blood count was low as I had so little energy, climbing stairs out of breath, got a supermarket delivery and lifting things out of breath. But I gradually saw the improvements. I spoke to my nurse 7 weeks after end of treatment, and she said to me it’s still really early days…. Saying that good advice from Jane re contacting your nurse. Take care x

I only had radio and brachy and had nothing like that so I’d suggest it’s more likely from the chemo or the combination of the two treatments. Hope it improves soon for you.
