I’ve just been told about likely bowel cancer recurrence in abdominal cavity , 2 11mm nodules. They need to do a PET scan as the MRI showed nothing different to the CT.
I am feeling so anxious and it’s honestly like my world has collapsed. I’m 64 and been through breast cancer too. I have lynch syndrome and the CNS talked about control and treat … possibly with immunotherapy. Nothing is certain yet and I haven’t met with oncologist yet.
Has anyone experienced anything similar ?

It may be an idea to post this to the bowel cancer group as there may be others there who have experienced similar.
I am sorry to hear that you have had a recurrence of your cancer.
I hope that you can see your oncologist soon and find out about a treatment plan.
