I saw a consultant privately today and had an ultrasound scan.
ovaries are shrunk and she couldn’t visualise them. She did saw this is a good sign as a mass would have been obvious
my uterus lining is slightly thickened.
I need to have a hysteroscopy and biopsy under GA. I am just waiting for a date.
how thick was your endometrium?
Hi
I'm glad you have been seen.
Sounds promising about the ovaries.
Anything over 5mm post menopausal is considered needing to be checked. The hyperplasia can have other reasons but it is normal to have the hysteroscopy and biopsy. I hope you can have it done soon.
Jane
