Tomorrow is my appointment and today has been the first day where I have been so stressed. Can’t concentrate on anything.
I was supposed to be at work tomorrow before my appointment but I think that won’t be possible.
my partner says I need to look after myself and not worry about work.

the belly pain is so bad at times

I am so scared about having a biopsy or hysteroscopy while awake

She didn’t even examine me.

When they thought they might have to do a hysteroscopy on me, they offered me local and general anaesthetic, so you should have that option.

Biopsies aren’t that bad. I’ve had two without pain relief and I can’t even remember if there was pain now. I think it was like a pinch. But if they offer you pain relief, take it.

You’re not a wimp. My mum had ten kids on gas and air, and I say ouch at an eyebrow wax. We all have different pain thresholds and anxiety can make pain feel worse.

Take care of yourself and take the day off.
