Booked in for robotic surgery on 26th April for radical Hysterectomy and lymph node removal. Had anaesthetic previously but never had robotic surgery before. Anyone been through this, feeling a bit apprehensive
Aww wow good plan they have for you then, You will be going to same hospital as me The Christie and amazing place !! So chemo got 3 weeks only

Sounds like a great treatment plan when you are at Christie’s pop into the maggies centre nearby One good thing at Christie’s it’s free parking :)
Silly me, got my plan in writing today, chemo is 1 day 3 weeks a month then a weeks rest, repeated for 6 months so 18 doses altogether. Just goes to show that not everything is taken in when they are explaining things to you. Thought I had got off lightly x
How are you getting on now ? Hope you are doing ok xx
Hey Shirleydana
I’m doing fine. 5 weeks in and pretty much back to normal. I have an intermittent bit of dirty discharge though and just about to post on here to see if any others had this?
