Serous G3 stage 2 more scans

Hi all,

just a quick question. I was originally given diagnosis of G3 stage 1a. Post hysterectomy (3 weeks post op) this is altered to stage 2 so more scans requested CT with contrast. Had scans just before operation. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Rachart, I hope you are keeping well. Pet-CT showed some suspicious lymph nodes (avid FDG uptake) so radical chemo and brachytherapy. Seems like a 6-8 month plan x

How you doing Rachart? How's the chemo going? I Was told chemo only to shrink nodes and obtain period of stability. This has all changed now. I could hear in her voice how happy my consultant was when she called to say there is no evidence of disease after chemo. I'm now due to start adjuvant radiotherapy and brachytherapy next week.
