Don’t read this near dinner time!!!

It's while the bowels are settling I think I had the worst first time in agony till I took some Lacutose then went other way ! My tummy was making the loudest noises for a while and stil but noisy some days now  I would not worry too much as probably all the tummy inside changing 

Never seen stools like this before. Weird!

Might be the type of food you’ve been eating?

Hi – I think you should give the Macmillan nurse helpline a quick call. They are open today. Or you could do a quick on-line chat re Macmillan. x

Perhaps, I’ll stick to more bland food and see if it helps.

Could be due to medication or the food you are eating- but not heard of it. Give the Support Line a quick call and one of the nurses should be able to reassure you.

Apart from the stool problem how are you doing? Did the operation go smoothly?

Hi Linda, the operation went smoothly. It was a a LOT more painful in the days after than I’d imagined it would be and still getting some pain now. Tiring very easily. Can only manage short bimbles around the house. No way I’d attempt to go for a walk outside yet. Getting breathless on the stairs and having to stop half way. It’s going to be a long recovery in my opinion. Two weeks until staging.  Thanks for asking. 

Hi – did you call a nurse? Only this colour stool can signify stuff and I really think you should check with someone just in case. It wouldn't take more than a few minutes to ask. x
