Am glad that you have had your results and the stage is 1A.

I also was grade 3 and had chemo and then radiotherapy.

Sorry but I'm confused over what is grading and stages.

Please see the link above. It is the Macmillan womb cancer booklet. It really helped me in the beginning. 

In very simple terms - stages mean - whether the cancer is contained in the womb, spread locally to the area, or spread distantly to other parts of the body.

Grade means whether the cancer is slow growing or aggressive.

Have a look at the booklet though, it will explain more fully.

You were graded as grade 3 after op but were you this before operation or did your grade and  stage  change after op please 

Hope you're doing ok with this news. I feel like I dodged a bullet with follow up treatment, I was grade 3 and stage 1b but was only told I'd need radiotherapy (which then was not needed due to POLE). I hope the chemo won't be too difficult.
