Been to see surgeon today 3 weeks post op
Grading still grade 3 but stage is 1a which I am pleased about, plan is to see consultant next week and start 6 sessions of chemo probably in 2 weeks time to " mop up "

I also was grade 3 and had chemo and then radiotherapy.

Please see the link above. It is the Macmillan womb cancer booklet. It really helped me in the beginning.
In very simple terms - stages mean - whether the cancer is contained in the womb, spread locally to the area, or spread distantly to other parts of the body.
Grade means whether the cancer is slow growing or aggressive.
Have a look at the booklet though, it will explain more fully.
