Great reply, really informative for all. I get so much from reading all the lovely messages on here. Well done for sticking with cold cap, some ladies in my unit have used and had brilliant response. I've still got my eyelashes and eyebrows although sparse so the trusty kohl pencil is working overtime and I'm getting shares in Eyelure lol. My hairdresser used clippers on my hair when I lost it and I still have some peach fuzz which makes me think id have had good response with cold cap - it was the time for me, such a long day. Hope you're doing well still xxx

So pleased to hear you are feeling back to normal and the best of luck with your next two treatments.

I feel a bit tired today and queezy from time to time, but nothing more at the moment.  I’ll just take it easy over the next few days and see how I am.  I wasn’t offered a cold cap, I had heard about it and stupidly forgot to ask about it when I had the pre assessment meeting before receiving the chemo.  I wasn’t sure about  the cap, but I’ll just to have to face losing my hair!

Hi Ange, the cold cap wasn't  offered to me either, I had heard through a friend about bit and was curious so when I went to pre chemo appointment I made it clear that I wanted to try it. I don't know if maybe it's offered routinely to the younger patients?

Yes I did, and it was successful. Thinning only.
