Hi,

I'm sorry that your treatment has been put on hold. I know it's easy to say, but please do not try to worry...it won't change the outcome but it will make you feel ill.

It might just be that they need to rethink about where they will target your radiotherapy.  

Give your Cancer nurses a ring and ask if they can explain further.

I'm sorry to read that your treatment has been postponed. It's a blow but try to think of it as your team being thorough. If you feel up to it, it's a good idea to write something for your profile as this helps other members reference their replies to you and saves you repeating yourself. You can add to it anytime. If you click on your username then profile and don't forget to save.

Have a look at my profile, I was in your position last year, I have had treatment and I'm still here. I am now stage 4/incurable but I feel a lot better than I did when waiting for treatment to start. It's a difficult thing to go through, if you feel like you need to speak to someone, your CNS would be a good place to start, as Nan7 says.
