Hi, does anyone have any experience of treatment with
pembrolizumab and lenvatinib metastatic endometrial cancer?
Hi James as far as I know immuntherapy isnt available for type 1 endometrial cancer the commonest type. I think some ladies have been offered trials for type 2 if you type in the drug names in the search bar it will indicate any previous posts if there have been any. Sorry I can't offer any more help.
Hi JamesF22. Yesterday during a meeting with my Oncologist I was offered Pembrolizamub and Lenvatinib. Strangely I'd only noted them down following your post the other day. He already had the printed paperwork to hand to discuss.
I've signed the paperwork and can have my treatment here in Lincolnshire, no need to travel to the Royal Marsden or Clatterbridge thankfully. I'm starting treatment in 3/4 weeks.
I was stage 1b/ grade 3 with mets a year later in peritoneum, pelvis, omentum and vaginal cuff with lesions on liver and spleen. After 6 cycles of chemo and supposed temporary all clear (I saw the CT scan myself, deposits hardly visible) less than 3 months after scan new deposits in Liver and lungs.
I'll post updates on the forum when I start.
Hugs, Barb xx

Hi, Mrs BJH, my story is quite similar to yours in that 3 months ago I just had an area to vaginal cuff but now have areas to sigmoid colon, liver and spleen. At present they have only offered me Doxorubicin(previously had Carboplatin &Taxol). Do you have the MMr gene mutation?
thankyou and good luck xxx
Hi Nanabear. Thank you for the good wishes No I don't have the MMR (MisMatch repair deficiency) After my cancer recurred I had lesions on liver and spleen and masses in pelvis, peritoneum, omentum and above vaginal cuff. The 6 cycles of paclitaxel and carboplatin reduced all to barely visible deposits but just 3 months after finishing it'd started to come back.
Just hopes this immunotherapy work for me!
Hugs, Barb xx
