Just diagnosed

Hi and welcome to our spot in the Online Community. We've a lovely group of ladies here who have all been in the same position so you're not alone in this, we'll support you.

I have read other ladies experienced pain, I'm not medically trained but I don't think it's cancer related - it's very probably anxiety. If you've been allocated a CNS (Clinician Nurse Specialist) give her a call for reassurance. It's good to read that the NHS seem to be back to speed. I was diagnosed in the middle of the pandemic last year and every test or scan was preceded by 14 days isolating, the waiting was endless.

It’s always helpful to others if you write a little something (or a lot) about yourself and your journey to date. You can enter it into your profile (click on your username and select “Profile”) It’s helpful to other members with a similar diagnosis who can then hopefully answer your questions. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. You can amend or update it at any time. If you’re not sure what to write, just click on my username.
