I noticed that you post hadn't had any responses yet so I've had a quick look, using the search facility in the group, to see if anyone else has had a similar experience to you. posted that she has had abnormal bleeding since January 2020 while on zoladex/letrozole, so I've 'tagged' her into my reply to you and hope she'll be able to tell you about her experience.
