Hi everyone,

Wondered if anyone is taking any supplements to help boost their immunity? I am trying to eat healthily, don't smoke, rarely drink, but am paranoid about the VIN 2/3 recurring and trying to help my chances as much as I can before my check up in 6 months.

  • Hi Higgy,

    I had vulva cancer and since my op I am taking multi vitamins from Holland and Barrett.  I have found that they stop me getting colds which I use to get every winter.  Hope this helps.
