I have had Vin for 10 years and recently I had biopsies done and they have come back as a mixture of low grade at my vulva but high grade nearer my back passage. I am really struggling with the pain as I have growths and unfortunately I am not a candidate for surgery. I have been given cream for the itch and to try and stop the pain/stinging but nothing it working. I am so sore even just sitting let alone trying to go the toilet. does anyone have any suggestions that would help me as I am getting so depressed with it.

I am sorry to hear that you have has Vin for 10 years now. It does sound as if it is really uncomfortable for you. I can understand that it is making you feel depressed. Are you able to contact your doctor to say that the cream is not working for you- just to see if there is an alternative?
While you are waiting for someone to reply who has been through similar why not give the Support Line a call and talk to one of the nurses. They may be able to make some suggestions that will help.
