Hi has anyone else thought waiting times on nhs can be agonising I to wait for mri and been told could be waiting up to 6 weeks for app surely thats to long?? Wjats everyone's experience thanks

Sorry for the slow reply. I experienced longer than usual wait times when I needed my surgery. I believe it was as a result of COVID and more recent investigations have still been longer than usual waiting times. The wait is so difficult so I really feel for you. It could be worth asking to be added to a cancellation list if they have one. It may not make any difference, but it has to be worth a try.
I really hope you manage to get seen sooner and that your results are the best possible outcome for you.
