HI,
I have Leiomyosarcoma which has been excised from the Labia, this has caused quite a large scarring and numbness which I can understand from having the size of cancer removed.
Orignially they thought this was a cyst, but then had to re-excise when LMS was confirmed. This has left me very sensitive, when walking/sitting/exercising "etc"!
It would be good to speak to anyine who has had similar surgery (though the cancer may be diffrerent) and talk to someone how they cope/deal/feel about the changes in the body, im finding it hard to express to people (and dont really want to go into details with them as they wont understand).
Thanks you for reading, best wishes Chris x
Hi Chris. I am sorry you have not had a reply to your post yet. This is a small group, but I am sure someone will be along soon to share their story with you. In the meantime I have found this information sheet

I don't know if this may help. The Macmillan support line is also available 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm if you need advice. It is a free call number on 0808 808 00 00
Take care x
