Hello, I have my appointment soon with a gynecologist oncologist, last time I was treated for this 8 years ago I had a wide local excision while under general anesthesia, I have read laser is sometimes an option. my biopsy results say possible boweniod papulosis or pigmented squamous cell carcinoma in-situ ,not sure why pathology isn’t sure which one it is, is carcinoma in-situ the same thing as vin 3? Just really don’t want another wide local excision, and don’t want to go under general anesthesia again. The spot I had was very small flat and pigmented, no itching, no symptoms. Looking for advice, thanks
