I just replied to someone else, but thought it might be helpful to make a separate post for anyone whose having a hard time with the healing process after treatment.
I had an intensive course of radiotherapy for vulva cancer in 2023. The cancer was too big & had spread too far to be operated on, so radiotherapy (& chemo) was my only option.
I was in so much pain & so sore during & after the radiotherapy & was given Medihoney by my lovely MacMillan Nurse at the hospital. The wonderful Radiologists even applied it for me after my final few radiotherapy sessions, I was so grateful for their kindness, they really went above & beyond to help me. The Medihoney worked wonders.
The Oncologist was really amazed at how quickly & well the skin had healed when I went for my first post treatment check-up.
I really recommend trying it if other treatments aren't working for you.
Hi Sirius
