  • Hi, sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I was too diagnosed with stage 3 TNBC last year in June but it wasn't found in my lymph nodes. However i have recently had a bone scan that revealed a few enlarged lymph nodes in the centre chest area, i am hoping that is all ok but i am waiting to hear if they are getting looked into. Had all those emotions of feeling sick, numb and scared but with the help of family and friends helps you get through it.  I didn't have to have a pet scan so I have no answer to that sorry, however there may be others on here that can give advice an support with that. Best wishes on your journey x

  • Hi, you’re so not alone… it is an absolute shock though and you will likely be processing it all for ages.I was diagnosed TNBC stage 3 with lymph node affected in August …Just started chemo.
I had Pet CT scan … think it is very thorough … nothing showed up of concern. But I was highly anxious about it.
once treatment starts things settle down a bit as you know what you’re dealing with pretty much.
My best advice is to take one day at a time and accept any offers of help and support that are going!
wish you all the best on this crazy journey xxx

  • Aww thanks for that I'm not alone and neither re you  I'm getting lots of advice help and support I am  gratful for the support here from everyone thsnkyou and I wish you well on your journey xxx

  • Hello.
So sorry about your diagnosis. It is a shock, but you are not alone.
It does get slightly easier when you get a treatment plan in place.
I am taking one step and day at a time.
    Best Wishes. x
