Welcome to the forum and so sorry to hear your news.  Would you consider joining the Breast Cancer group as well as this one.  There are plenty of ladies with triple negative on that forum who will be only too happy to give you the support you need.  Also why not contact the MacMillan helpline on 0808 808 00 00 and speak to one of the volunteers who will be only two happy to give you support.
