Hi everyone, I had a lumpectomy and 7 lymph nodes removed in August 2020 (no cancer found in any tissue or nodes) I just wanted to know if your armpit will always feel different? I mean to the touch, it’s not as smooth as the other one, not along the scar line but other parts of the under arm and I’m not sure if this is due to things being removed and the tissue in there being disturbed? Thanks in advance of any replies x
Hi
I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet so replying to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list where it'll hopefully be more easily seen.
You might also like to join and post this question in the main breast cancer group as it's more active than this one. If this is something you'd like to do clicking on the link I've created will take you there.
While you're waiting for replies it would be great if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
x
