Can anyone help me with this new too the group and am really confused about what I can and can't eat on this diet especially when I don't eat fruit veg or salad and only eat White bread any help would really be appreciated thanku
I’m also interested as I’m super confused. I’m 61 and vegan since 19 years so I fear I’m going to be super restricted.
You can eat white bread but has to be fresh bread so from the bakery not pre packaged!
Crisps, dark chocolate, meats fresh and frozen, have to use like margarine like flora or vitality, no milk in coffee or tea unless it's a substitute like soya/almond/oat, can have rice and pasta. Can have soft drink and juice
Cheese, eggs, butter and milk you have to limit!
No cakes or biscuits, no fish or seafood, no milk chocolate and NO takeaways.
