Hi. I had my TT and RAI about 2 years ago now and my levels have been up and down but are currently at 579IU/ml and this was cause for my oncologist to send me for an ultrasound last Friday, and they found a suspicious lymph node - does this mean my cancer is back? My health anxiety can’t stand the anticipation!

I'm sorry to read that you've got the worry that your thyroid cancer may have returned.
It would be completely wrong for any of us to speculate whether your "suspicious lymph node" meant your cancer was back or not but I'll be keeping everything crossed that it hasn't.
