Hi Eveyone,
I was diagonsed with papillary thyroid cancer in 2019. I was on a drug in my early teenage years to help with my active acne. The drug was called roaccutane. This drug has now been removed from the market due to its major side effects. Has anyone taken this in the past. It’s always been in the back of my mind that this could have caused my cancer. I wondered find anyone else with thyroid cancer had been on this drug.
I would be great full for any feed back.
Thanks
Hi Dom S
I noticed that your post hasn't had any replies yet, so I searched the group for any previous posts which mention roaccutane but drew a blank I'm afraid.

Hi Latchbrook - I think you can assume that nobody has any experience of this drug.
And Dom S probably needs to take it up with their doctors. This is such a specific question that it may well stay unanswered.
Best wishes
Barbara
